Our driver Luis drove us in a well maintained comfortable van. During our boat tour we saw flora, fawna, explored caves, learned very interesting facts of the Taino People and also info about natural resources both past and present. Thanks JC! You’re a wealth of information.
Lunch at Cano Hondo was delicious and was followed with leisure time exploring the grounds and relaxing in the waterfall fed pools.
The trip back to Bavaro had a surprise visit to Sabana de la mar just to have a short tour of this quaint town and view the new wharf and ferry to Samana..... that’s another tour with our friends at Adventure Finders to look forward to.
